We are an independent sales team dedicated to helping marinas adopt Sharper MMS software. Our services include:

  1. Personalized demos of Sharper MMS tailored to your marina’s needs.
  2. Assistance in understanding pricing and choosing the right plan.
  3. Implementation and training guidance for Sharper MMS.
  4. Ongoing support as your partner in success.

We are NOT Sharper MMS. We act as advisors to help you evaluate, purchase, and implement Sharper MMS.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marina Management Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the services.

Pricing for Sharper MMS is managed by Sharper Software and is subject to change. We provide guidance on understanding pricing plans, but the final pricing is determined by Sharper Software. Current pricing is as follows:

  • Basic (up to 150 slips): $499/month
  • Pro (up to 300 slips): $699/month
  • Enterprise (300+ slips): from $899/month
  • One-time setup: $1, 500

All payments for Sharper MMS subscriptions are made directly to Sharper Software.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, data, graphics, and imagery of this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Marina Management Solutions or its licensors.
